Man is an intelligent being. His great intelligence is what gives him the advantage over other creatures. In fact, man's highly evolved brain has allowed him to manipulate nature. But a man must maintain a healthy body and mind. It is believed that "A healthy man is a wealthy man." We can maintain our fitness while also keeping an alarm in mind with regular activity. A flexible and active intellect would be guaranteed by excellent health and wellbeing. A body that is weak and unsuited plays havoc on a person's psychological prosperity, just as an individual's state of mind and feelings are reflected in an individual's health.  Since we are aware of the benefits of good health, we should work to promote it. There are places where people suffer greatly from a lack of healthcare facilities. Without doctors and medications, many rural hospitals are operating. Due to a lack of appropriate medical facilities, some persons who have many illnesses or injuries go untreated. The medical facility cannot resolve the problem on its own. People must be aware of the need of engaging in regular physical activity if they want to maintain good health and be productive at work. Those who are cautious and concerned about their health enrol in yoga and gym programmes. In conclusion, maintaining good health requires a combination of many different factors rather than a single factor. Living a healthy lifestyle can undoubtedly help people maintain good physical, mental, and social health.
