Nothing Changes, If Nothing Changes

On the first day of new year we start planning for upcoming year. Let me say 'BIG plans'. Either it’s about reading habits or exercising habits, can be anything, we always want to bring out the best in ourselves. 

It’s possible, it really is. Only if we don’t feel it like a burden and carry it on our minds all the time. Mostly we soon start stepping back. Even before the start we end it.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                All we need is to start with small. Our good habits can get better, we just need consistency. Very SMALL change can do a lot if done consistently. I have started working on mine. Think of the change you want in YOU and let’s hope for the best.
